If purchased within 30 days Digital Maze will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment. Customers shall expect to receive their refund within 3-5 business days.

This time frame estimate includes the shipping transit time back to our company location, an authorization check and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued back in the form of the original method of payment. If a customer has received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part and would like to receive a replacement, Digital Maze will pay the return shipping price for the incorrect item and ship the correct item out to the customer using upgraded shipping.
