30-Day Replacement Policy

We guarantee the authenticity of our product keys. If a key cannot be activated, we offer a replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility: Requests must be made within 30 days from the purchase date.

What we need: Order number, the product key, and a screenshot of the activation error.

What we provide: A replacement key of the same product version.

If replacement is unavailable: We may offer a comparable version or a discount.

Exclusions: Requests after 30 days, keys already activated, or issues caused by incompatible devices or prior installations.

Note: Replacements or refunds beyond 30 days are not available due to supplier licensing agreements.

  • Exclusions — no refunds for:

    • Issues caused by the customer’s device (hardware incompatibility, operating system mismatch, etc.).
    • Problems caused by conflicting software installations or prior Office/Microsoft products on the device.
    • Errors resulting from incorrect installation or activation steps performed by the customer.
  • Processing time: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after verification.

Physical Products

  • Return window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on new, unopened items.
  • Authorization: You must obtain return authorization before sending any product back. Contact us at support@digitalmaze.com.
  • Shipping & refunds: Digital Maze will pay return shipping when the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item). Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 2–4 weeks to process (this includes transit time, inspection, and processing).
  • Replacements: If the item was incorrect or defective due to our error and you prefer a replacement, we will cover return shipping and send the correct item with upgraded shipping at no extra cost.

  • Yearly subscriptions purchased online at DigitalMaze.com offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee.
  • To request a refund, contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are provided after this window.
  • No prorated or partial refunds are available for yearly subscriptions.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method after verification.

Monthly License

  • Monthly subscriptions purchased online at DigitalMaze.com offer a 7-day, 100% money-back guarantee.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at support@digitalmaze.com with your order number, the product key (if applicable), and a screenshot of any activation or error messages.
  2. We will verify the information and determine eligibility under this policy.
  3. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method or issue a replacement key as applicable.

Important: Beyond the specified refund windows, Digital Maze cannot provide refunds or prorated credits due to licensing agreements with our suppliers.
